Wavelet privacy policy
Last updated 29 October 2026
Wavelet does not collect, store or share any personal data. There is no Wavelet account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
Your Plex sign-in
When you sign in with Plex, your Plex sign-in token is stored in the Keychain on your iPhone and Apple Watch. The app uses it only to talk to plex.tv (to sign in and find your servers) and to your own Plex Media Server (to browse and play your music). When you sign in on the iPhone, the token is passed to your watch over Apple’s encrypted Watch Connectivity link.
Your music
Songs and artwork you download are stored only on your Apple Watch. You can remove them at any time in the app, or by deleting the app.
Purchases
The optional Lifetime unlock is sold and processed by Apple. We never see your payment details or Apple Account.
Third parties
Wavelet sends data only to plex.tv and to the Plex server you choose, which are covered by Plex’s privacy policy. No other services are contacted.
